Chairperson's Address

CFE Strategic Alliance is the result of one man's observation about the pretenses found in the world. He saw the misery in the work place, the abusage in the work place and unwarranted arrogance. To the founder, this is an exceedingly ridiculous and unacceptable behavior and state of affairs. It is no wonder that in some organization, one man will do the work (the maker) and four others (the fakers), will supervise the work. He began to distinguish people in the office as fakers and makers.. Very soon he realize that the proportion of fakers far exceed the makers.

It is CFE Strategic Alliances belief that no one starts out as a faker.
Most fakers had learned to be fakers. This is especially true for those that have chalk up the mileage in any one static environment and they see that as work experience. The truth is that the repetition of a task does not make a person better at any other task.

CFE Strategic Alliances is set up to change this. He firmly believes that one man can make a difference. Only Makers are invited as strategic alliances. The whole idea being, good people will eventually be drawn towards the good.

CFE Strategic Alliances sets out to equip the good people and make them better. Tangible skill set and technology transfer will be the desired outcome of the training objective. The net effect is not to ostracize the fakers but turning fakers into makers.
The whole idea is that if there are fewer fakers in the society, the world is so much the better for everyone.
